Mideast recognizing top 25 Syrian Agent
| On the 3rd and 4th of June 2010, Mideast Assistance with the collaboration of its partner Nakhal &Cie, has organized a FAM trip to Lebanon for the TOP 25 Agents in Syria. A welcome lunch was organized at the Sheraton 4 Points – Verdun followed by a presentation and staff meeting at Mideast premises. A quick and efficient speech was organized by Mr. Habib Aoude, CEO of Mideast Assistance. The second day and after breakfast at le Royal Beirut- the group headed to visit Nakhal & Cie offices to discuss all products offered by the Latter. At this end, Mideast Assistance and Nakhal would like to express their upmost pleasure welcoming the TOP 25 Syrian agents in Lebanon and wish them the best for the coming season. | |

6th November 2009 MAG Event in Tyr, Southern Lebanon
| On the occasion of MAG’s Clearance of 13million m2 of cluster and UXO contaminated land, and under the patronage of Mr Nabih Berri, President of the Lebanese deputy Chamber, and Mr Lou McGrath, co-founder of MAG International, a ceremony was held at the Rest House in Tyr, south Lebanon to recognize MAG infinite devotion.
Many Ambassadors and deputies as well as representatives of the UN, UNIFIL and the Lebanese Army were present to witness and to share the Bravery of such great people and such great work. Local and International media covered the event.
Mideast Assistance had the pleasure to be present too and was represented by her Public Relations Manager Ms Rania Chidiac and Mr Fares Zoghbi Marketing Manager.

Mideast Assistance Advisory Board supports MAG action in Lebanon
| A guided tour to the Cluster Bomb fields was within the agenda of Mideast Annual advisory board this year.
11th November 2009, we headed to Nabatieh, Local headquarter of MAG Lebanon. Dr. Christina Bennike, CPM , as well as Ms Roweida Hajj Ali, Finance Manager were delighted to welcome us and to present us MAG official and humanitarian work in Lebanon and the difficulties they are facing rising funds and growing awareness within the Lebanese people.
After the briefing, a tour guided was given by by Mr. Mats Hector, MAG’s technical operations manager, who explained all the delicate and hazardous work to be performed onsite and showed us the special techniques and machinery used to clean the mines fields.
A lunch at the MAG office followed the visit, and Mr. Habib Aoudé, CEO, officially Launched Mideast Annual campaign for this year. “Save Lives, Build Future”. | |

Call Center: License number 1

Under the high patronage of the Minister of Telecommunications, Gebran Bassil, MidEast Assistance International was granted the Call Center License number 1 in Lebanon.
The ceremony gathered MPs, ministers, economic bodies and four other companies at the premises of the Ministry of Telecommunications.
The aim of MidEast Assistance is far beyond the creation of the Call Center, it is mainly to pave the way for building an assistance platform able to outsource Assistance Call Centers from Europe to Lebanon.
